Royal Show Performance 1st July 2007
We set out from Repton at 8:30 in
the morning. The rain was heavy, and destined to get
heavier during the day. We didn't arrive at the
showground until after 11, as the coach park and many
of the car parks were flooded. The band played a
varied selection, including show tunes and some
marches, to a small but growing audience of very wet
spectators.
